Free / Cheap Things!!

I am totally loving the Centsableshoppin' website!!! I have gotten some great deals from her website - here are some I got this week!

SAFEWAY

El Paso Taco Shells - $0.99 each
~ use $0.50/1 from SS last week
= FREE

Carmex - $0.99 each
~ use $0.30/1 from 11/07 SS
= FREE
these will also be FREE at Frys this upcoming week too!
TARGET
Tide Trial Size - $0.99 each
~ use $1/1 any tide detergent
= FREE

Shout Travel Wipes - $0.97 each
~ use $0.55 /1 any shout
= $0.42 each

Wesson Canola Oil - $2
- use $1/1 from Safeway Thanksgiving Coupon Book
= $1

Airwick Candles - Cherry Tart or Warming Spice - $2.99
~ use $3/1 Airwick Candle (11/14 SS)
~ or use $2/1 Airwick Candle (10/24 SS)
= FREE (or $1 if you used the $2 coupon)

*I found mine in the regular section marked at $5.99. As long as you buy the correct scent, it will ring up $2.99.

FRYS

Duracell Batteries

DO NOT SCAN CARD AT THE BEGINNING! Have them get a total first, its about $27 because the original price is $4.99 or $5.99. (I wondered if at this point I could give them a $5/20 Fresh and Easy coupon, but I forgot to try!)

5 Duracell Batteries - $1.98 each
~ use $0.50/1 coupons (I had 3)
~ use $1.50 / 1 coupons (I had 2)
= $4.72 BUT a $3 off your next order coupon prints out!

= $1.72 total for 5 packs of batteries. Depending on your coupons, or if you can use the Fresh and Easy coupons, it could be FREE!!!

Other Free / Cheap Things

Glad Odor Shield w/ Febreeze - $6.99
~ use $1/1 Glad Target Printable
~ use $0.75/1 Glad coupon
= $4.99

Puffs - single boxes - $1.89
~ use Walgreens in-store coupon making 3 boxes = $0.89 each
~ use $0.25/1 coupon (10/31 PG)
= FREE + $0.11 MONEY MAKER!!

And for you last minute shoppers (like me!) they just restocked on their Cream of Chicken / Mushroom soups, Carnation Evaporated Milk, Colgate Toothpaste, and Colgate Toothbrushes! You can get ALL of these items for FREE right now!

I bought a BUNCH of stuff today, including milk, juice, hot dog buns, trash bags, dishwasher soap, paper plates, plastic cups, soups, toothbrushes, and other things I needed. Some I had coupons for and other things I didnt - but I still only spent $19 out of pocket INCLUDING the batteries I did in my 1st transaction.

I {heart} Coupons.

**UPDATE***

Due to some unfriendly comments received I would like to clarify that Centsableshoppin' did NOT post about the Walgreens coupon being used at Frys. That is one thing I tried on my own. Please excuse me for making a mistake - I was unaware that Wags coupons are currently not accepted at Frys. (Remember we are all new and doing the best we can - but thank you for your quick and anonymous comment to set me straight!) My checker / manager did not even mention the fact that they were not accepted, nor did he bat an eyelash when I gave him the coupon. Hopefully one day I will be the perfect "Couponer"! :)
